When I check 'Use Chrome" under [Play Now] then hit [Play Now] my playing window goes white and then crashes within 30 seconds, and if I try to play it the old way without checking "Use Chrome" than hit play now, I go to the RS website, press Play, and then it won't load because my fully up to date Java is "Not up to date" but I have checked it several times and it is at v7.21

How do you set Chrome instead of I/E?

----

Under "View" Click on "Settings" , below the field for entering your default lookup name theres a checkbox option "Disable Chrome as Internal Browser". Uncheck that.

You'll need the latest download of Chrome installed, if for some reason it still isn't working look under the settings again and under the category for Hotkeys theres the field to set the path for chrome. Manually choose the path if you installed chrome differently from the default installation path.

Hope this helps!

I'll wait until the issues are worked out before using Chrome with Swiftkit.

Downgraded Java, but now the game won't load at all.

downgraded java and rs3 worked but regular rs won't work because java is not up to date & it can't detect my chrome. guess i won't be playing rs3 beta on here.
